PT Care – Exclusive Hardware Protection by PromptTech Global
PT Care is a dedicated hardware protection service for clients who purchase PromptTech POS machines . This service ensures that your business remains uninterrupted in the event of hardware issues, offering comprehensive insurance coverage and emergency assistance. With PT Care, you can rely on us to keep your operations running smoothly.

1. Insurance Protection
  • If your PromptTech POS machine suffers physical damage and cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new unit.
  • Coverage includes damages caused by natural calamities.
  • Applicable in: UAE, Qatar, Bahrain.
2.Emergency Assistance
  • If your PromptTech POS  machine experiences an issue, our team will pick it up, repair it, and return it to you. During this period, we will provide you with a substitute unit to ensure your business continues to operate seamlessly.
  • Clients are responsible for the cost of any replaced parts, but labour charges will be waived.
  • Applicable in: UAE
3.Claim Process
  • All claims must be submitted via the PromptTech Connect App.
  • For Insurance Claims, clients must provide necessary documentation upon request to proceed with the claim.
4.Coverage Period
  • PT Care is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • The invoice must clearly mention PT Care coverage for eligibility.

Terms and Conditions

    1. To be eligible for PT Care, POS machines shall be purchased from PromptTech or its subsidiary companies and the coverage must be clearly mentioned on the purchase invoice.
    2. Insurance protection is available in the UAE, Qatar,and Bahrain. Emergency assistance services are available only in UAE. Service availability may vary by location.
    3. General Exclusions
      At PromptTech, we strive to provide comprehensive coverage. However, please note that PT Care does not cover any loss or damage directly or indirectly caused by, arising from, or aggravated by the following events:
      • War and Political Events Loss or damage caused by war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, civil war, rebellion, strikes, riots, or any actions taken by governments or political organizations.
      • Nuclear or Radioactive Events Any damage resulting from nuclear reactions, radiation, or contamination.
      • Intentional or Careless Acts Loss or damage caused by the deliberate actions or negligence of the client or their representatives.
      In the event of a claim, if the loss is disputed due to the above exclusions, the Client is required to prove that the damage is covered under the policy.
    4. For Insurance Claims, clients must provide supporting documentation (e.g., proof of damage, photographs, and incident details) upon request to facilitate claim processing.
    5. Clients are responsible for paying for the parts that need to be replaced due to damage, wear, or failure. Labour costs for repair and handling are waived.
    6. Emergency assistance and hardware replacement services are subject to availability and regional support. PromptTech reserves the right to modify or suspend services in certain areas based on local regulations and service limitations.
    7. PT Care is an added protection service and does not extend or alter the standard warranty provided with the hardware. It is not a substitute for the manufacturer’s warranty or any other extended warranty plans.
    8. The PT Care service is valid for one year. Renewal options may be available after the expiration of the service period, subject to terms and conditions at the time of renewal.
    9. PromptTech reserves the right to terminate PT Care coverage if the client violates the terms and conditions or misuses the service.
    10. Any other terms and conditions by the insurance company will be applicable.
