REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At promptTech Global, we strive to provide high-quality services to meet your needs. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Refund Policy for Software Solutions
- Software Subscription: Refunds for software products can be requested within 15 days of purchase, provided the software has not been activated or downloaded. After this period, no refunds will be issued unless the software is defective or fails to meet the promised functionality.
- Annual Plans: Refunds are not applicable for subscriptions unless specified otherwise. If a customer decides to cancel a subscription, they will continue to have access to the services for the remainder of the billing cycle. No pro-rated refund will be given after the service has been rendered, except in cases of unavailability of services.
- Free Trial: If you sign up for a free trial of a service for a period of 15 days and decide not to continue after the trial period, no charge will be applied.
- Software Purchases (Non-Subscription):
- Once the software is delivered and activated, no refunds will be provided unless the software is defective or does not function as advertised. In such cases, you must notify us within 15 days from the purchase date for a refund to be considered.
- Defective Software: If the software provided to you is found to be defective or not performing as described, we will work towards resolving the issue through support or provide a full refund upon verification.
- Software Support and Services: After support or services have been rendered, no refund will be issued. If the software does not function as promised, we will work with you to resolve the issue as per our warranty and support agreement.
- Non-Refundable Software: Software products that have been downloaded, activated, or accessed are non-refundable, except where the software is defective or fails to function in accordance with the features described on the product page.
- Refund Policy for Hardware Products
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds for hardware products can be requested within 15 days from the date of delivery or receipt of the product, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- No exchange or return of the following product categories; cable ribbon, cartridges,software,spare adapters and consumables.
Additionally warranty is applicable as per the terms of the manufactures on a case to case basis. Furthermore, the maximum warranty period for the claim shall be within 12 months from the date of invoice or purchase.
The warranty shall be void in case of physical damage/tampered products or removable labels and or others sustained marks/ burnt serial numbers.
- Services Refund policy
- PromptTech declares that applicability of the terms and conditions of the services rendered shall be applicable as per the terms of proposals on case to case basis duly acknowledged by the users or customers and sealed or stamped by promptTech at the time of purchases.
- we may revise the packages and amend the terms and conditions at the sole discretion .the same shall be intimated timely
- Cancellation Policy
- Software Solution Cancellations: You may cancel a software subscription before activation or download. Once the software has been activated or downloaded, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
- Custom Software Development/Consultation: Cancellation of custom development or consulting services may be requested within 7 days from the agreement date.
- Hardware Product Cancellations: You may cancel an order for hardware products at any time before the product is shipped. If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order before shipment.
- Service Cancellation:If you wish to cancel professional services or software implementation support, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled service date. If the services have already been provided or are scheduled within the next 7 days, cancellations may incur a cancellation fee depending on the stage of the service delivery.
- Warranty and Defective Products
- Software Warranty: Software products are covered by a warranty for the duration of the software’s functionality, as detailed in the software’s End-User License Agreement (EULA). If any defects are found in the software during this period, we will offer technical support, repair, or replacement, as necessary.
- Hardware Warranty: Hardware items come with a one-year repair warranty as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
- Return Process: To return defective products or claim warranty service, please contact our customer support team at customercare@prompttechsolutions.com. You may be required to provide with invoice number or the product must be returned with proof of purchase.
- Refund Process
- To initiate a refund, you must contact us within the eligible time frame (15 days from the date of delivery or purchase). Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and verified for condition.
- Refund requests must include:
- Purchase order number or transaction details
- Reason for refund/cancellation request
- Any other supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots, error logs, etc.)
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will generally be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the product or service purchased. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use our products or services.

- Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Trivandrum.
