REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for purchasing the product and or subscribing to our services at PromptTech Solutions.

You hereby agree to conform to our Refund Policy in accessing our product and services. You shall not impersonate any person/entity, or misrepresent the identity, age or affiliation with any person or entity in any manner.

Whereas we make every effort to keep you 100% satisfied, PromptTech Middle East Pvt Ltd, PromptTech Middle East Software House LLC or any of its member herein called as PromptTech collectively. Shall be in full authority to provide Services and Product provided the nature of and its terms AS:

SOFTWARE REFUND POLICY:

A FREE TRAIL period of 15 days for all our software applications shall be duly provided. Post Free trial period no refund shall be made available neither any receive of our services or product.

The minimal installation amount for software in systems are subject to the deductions and rest of the amount from total amount shall be refunded provided the you have informed duly and within the time frame of 15 days. Post intimation of cancellation and refunds are not entertained by us.

We encourage the customer to try the product or services and continue with the services of the company understanding its compatibility with your businesses and for your better buying decisions.

HARDWARE REFUND POLICY

For Hardware the exchanges or returns is exercised for or before 15 days of the purchase of the same subjected to the conditions as underlined:

  1. No Exchange or return shall be made without the original invoice and the products (as re- saleable condition).
  2. Must be unused and unopened, free from damages or any material destruction or its parts.
  3. No Exchange or return for the following product categories: Cables, Ribbon cartridges, software, Spare parts, power adapters and consumables

Additionally, the warranty is applicable on case-to-case basis in conformity with the terms and conditions of the Manufacturers. Furthermore, the maximum warranty period for the claim shall be within the 12 months from the date of invoice and or purchase.

The warranty shall be void in case of physical damage/tampered product or removed labels and or other sustained marks/burnt serial numbers.

SERVICES REFUND POLICY

PromptTech declares that the applicability of the terms and conditions for the services shall be provided as per the terms of proposals on case-to-case basis duly acknowledged by the user or customer and sealed or stamped by PromptTech at the time of purchase of services.

We may revise the packages and amend the terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. The same shall be intimated timely.

DISCLAIMER:

Please note It is expected from a client to submit the request containing the reason for the cancellation and thus the refund, along with his or her name, contact details and the details of the mode of payment that he or she had used for better refund processing without any misrepresentations. Failing which refund process shall not take place and PromptTech holds no liability for such miscommunication.
